It was found that even children who were only occasional marijuana smokers were ready to try vaporizing cannabis. Interestingly, this study didn’t consider the long-term ramifications of E-Cigs on these children’s long-term smoking habits, only their short-term ones.
Overall, it appears that the dangers of E-Cigs are pretty much exactly what you might expect from combustible using tobacco. The only real difference is that rather than inhaling toxic gases, smoke is created in an E-Cig, instead of blowing out of a traditional cigarette. The largest dangers of E-Cigs are from vaporizing toxins in your lungs instead of from actual combustion.
